In the case of consulting services, the complete
know-how of the Otego AG is at the disposition of the customer,
as long as no secracy agreements with other customers are infringed.
The hourly fees for the consulting services are agreed upon
with the customer, usually following these steps: |

The customer is given the CV of the designated project manager,
and short CVs of the other consultants to be staffed on the
project. |

The customer has the opportunity to study these documents
extensively, especially in order to identify potential synergies
and additional requirements/interest concerning its needs. |

After studying the CVs, the customer has the opportunity to
meet the designated project members personnally. |

At last, the nature and duration of the project is agreed
upon with the customer. The duration of the project is key for
the fixing of the hourly rate of the Otego consultants. |
